1.

Strategic Account Management

  • Develop and execute customized account plans to meet client objectives and company revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to proactively address client challenges.

    Client Relationship Building

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building trust and rapport with decision-makers.
  • Anticipate client needs and collaborate with internal teams (, product, support, logistics) to deliver solutions.
  • Resolve customer complain and maintain client satisfaction & retention.

    Sales Growth & Revenue Optimization

  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to expand account revenue (, 10–15% YoY growth).
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure profitability.
  • Achieve quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs

    Collaboration & Advocacy

  • Partner with marketing to create client-specific campaigns or promotions.
  • Advocate for client needs internally to enhance service improvements.
  • Share client feedback with leadership to refine company strategies.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or above in business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in key account management, B2B sales, or strategic client services.
  • Proven ability to manage sizable accounts 
  • Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving
  • Occasionally travel required
