Strategic Account Management
Develop and execute customized account plans to meet client objectives and company revenue targets.Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to proactively address client challenges.2.
Client Relationship Building
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building trust and rapport with decision-makers.Anticipate client needs and collaborate with internal teams (, product, support, logistics) to deliver solutions.Resolve customer complain and maintain client satisfaction & retention.3.
Sales Growth & Revenue Optimization
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to expand account revenue (, 10–15% YoY growth).Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure profitability.Achieve quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs 4.
Collaboration & Advocacy
Partner with marketing to create client-specific campaigns or promotions.Advocate for client needs internally to enhance service improvements.Share client feedback with leadership to refine company strategies.Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or above in business, Marketing, or related fieldAt least 3 years’ relevant experience in key account management, B2B sales, or strategic client services.Proven ability to manage sizable accounts Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solvingOccasionally travel required
