Contract Sales & Event Coordinator ($25-28K) Job Opening In Hong Kong, Hong Kong – Now Hiring Manpower


Job description

  • 2-3 years or above of experiences in Event Management from retails
  • Responsible for Event functions of Sales and Communication Department
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales Manager to formulate, coordinate and implement sales to enhance members image and profitability, events are not limited to in-person or virtual seminars and meetings, recognition programs and activities
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, speakers, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.
  • Ensure all events align with brand image and corporate strategies.
  • Assist ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
  • Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Communication / Event Management or any related disciplines
  • 2-3 years or above of experiences in Event Management from retail industry or agencies
  • Excellent skills in coordination and project management, data management & time management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent of writing skill to handle the translation works
  • Good command of spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
  • Proficiency in PC applications, especially Canva, PowerPoint and Excel preferred
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Working Day & Time: Mon-Fri; 09:30-18:30
