Assist Sales Manager to formulate, coordinate and implement sales to enhance members image and profitability, events are not limited to in-person or virtual seminars and meetings, recognition programs and activitiesCoordinate with vendors, venues, speakers, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution.Develop event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.Ensure all events align with brand image and corporate strategies.Assist ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to timeRequirements:
Degree holder in Communication / Event Management or any related disciplines2-3 years or above of experiences in Event Management from retail industry or agenciesExcellent skills in coordination and project management, data management & time managementGood communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent of writing skill to handle the translation worksGood command of spoken English, Chinese & MandarinProficiency in PC applications, especially Canva, PowerPoint and Excel preferredImmediate available is highly preferredWorking Day & Time: Mon-Fri; 09:30-18:30
