Assistant Manager/ Manager, Agency Training and Development



Job description

Manulife is seeking a Training Manager to deliver quality training and assess the training effectiveness.

He/she is expected to identify training needs and drive suitable training initiatives that support the agency growth.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Deliver quality training to the developed training programs, align with the need-based selling concepts in new agent training
+ Take ownership of training program and responsible for the quality of training delivery
+ Monitor the effectiveness of the programs
+ Identify and assess the training needs analysis of the agency force
+ Develop programs that address specific business needs
+ Play an active role in promoting the communication channel with managers and collect feedback on training program
+ Lead projects when required; Play a highly collaborative role in cross-department projects

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Degree holder
+ Around 10- 15 years’ relevant experience in insurance industry
+ Professional qualification on financial planning is preferred
+ Track record in developing and executing successful training programs
+ Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
+ Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills, with innovation and a customer-care focus
+ Independent and self-driven with result-oriented mind set
+ Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written; Putonghua is an advantage
+ Proficiency in Learning Management Systems
+ Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and Chinese word-processing
+ Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager Position
