Job description

岗位职责:

  • 配合经理制定统筹香港公司企业文化宣传和意识形态管理工作,加强宣传阵地建设,督促相关部门做好网络意识形态管控;支撑服务中移驻港单位落实相关工作。 
  • 配合经理制定香港公司制度,因地制宜推动工作落实;支撑服务中移驻港单位落实相关工作。 
  • 配合经理组织香港公司“三会一课”制度,做好香港公司会议记录;支撑服务中移驻港单位落实相关工作。 
  • 配合经理开展关键岗位的培养、教育、管理;支撑服务中移驻港单位落实相关工作。
  • 配合经理推进香港公司嵌入式廉洁风险防控体系建设、运行和管理工作;支撑服务中移驻港单位落实相关工作。
  • 配合经理推进各类巡视和中心工作检查发现问题整改、运用,协同开展公司各类专项治理整治工作。 
  • 提升企业文化工作智慧化水平,推动流程化、IT化;支撑服务中移驻港单位落实相关工作。
  • 完成上级交办的其他工作任务,服务中移驻港单位日常工作。 
  • 应聘条件: 

  • 学历要求:本科及以上学历,马克思主义哲学、行政管理、社会学类、语言文学类、法学类、3T类等相关专业优先。 
  • 工作经历:工作5年及以上, 其中从事A务工作或在国家机关或国企从事组织工作3年及以上,熟悉A内基本制度和流程。 
  • 工作经验: (1) 熟悉意识形态管理工作,能够熟练运用网站、微信公众号等新媒体。 (2) 熟悉“三会一课”等基本制度,有相关会议记录等经验。 (3) 熟悉A员培养、教育、监督、管理的流程,有相关工作经验。 (4) 熟悉廉洁风险防控工作。 (5) 熟悉巡视巡察等整改工作。 (6) 能够熟练运用办公软件,熟悉Word、Excel、PPT、PDF等工具。 
  • 技术认证: (1) 具有高水平A建类、哲学类论文者优先。 (2) 在写作、A建知识比赛获奖者(地市公司级/县处级以上单位组织)优先。 
  • 绩效要求:最近三年年度考核成绩须在合规或相当等级以上。 
  • 语言要求:普通话。有英语、粤语基础者优先。
