VP/AVP, Trade Portfolio Management, Global Transaction Services -(WD76972)
Global Transaction Services (GTS) at DBS comprises of Cash Management, Trade Finance, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services, supporting Corporate and Institutional customers.
The position is to serve as a customer focal point of contact of an assigned customer portfolio, focusing on Trade Finance solutions (including Documentary Trade and Open Account Trade), to proactively engage clients to defend, cross-sell, upsell through strengthened banking relationships and product advisory.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of key trade customers to deepen the wallet share through utilization management, advisory, cross-sell, and upsell.Manage P&L responsibilities for assigned customer portfolio with Doc Trade, receivable financing and supply chain program under managementMaintain close rapport and sticky relationships with clients with RMs through continuous engagement and market update.Drive supplier onboarding for established Supply Chain Program, and drive additional debtor onboarding for established Receivable Financing SolutionsInternal focal point to engage internal stakeholders for regular program updateEngage external platform partners regularly to advise solutions or enhancement needsSupport improvement of customer journey through continuous review of our solutions and development of our products and services, that is aligned to bank’s strategy through market research, customer feedback, financial analysisData analysis on customers usage, engage and feedback to Product or Ops if any enhancement opportunityEnsure compliance with all regulatory and internal policy requirementRequirements:
Degree holder or equivalent in related disciplinesMinimum 7 years of relevant experience in banking, financial institutions, or corporates’ procurement center.Strong aspiration to develop career in Global Transaction Services for both trade and Open Account Trade as well as Cash Management and Digital solutionPrior exposure on receivable financing, supply chain financing, procurement services or related professional backgroundSelf-driven with a tenacity to succeed, good influencing and negotiation skills, able to drive cross-functional collaborationExcellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin language skills would be a plusPositive “can-do” attitude, resilience and tenacity to overcome obstaclesLess experienced (<7 years) but outstanding candidates would be considered as junior rank as appropriatePrimary Location
