The incumbent will execute end to end management of various business initiatives in Hong Kong & South China.
The purpose of the role is to liaise with new / existing retailers for the assigned brands in Hong Kong & South China.
Deliver topline target & launch NPD
Connect with new retailers & traders for distributing UI products
Monitor competitor’s activity and create and execute mitigation plans
To drive execution excellence (from delivery to on-shelf)
Prepare forecast with retailer
Serve as the business manager for Sam’s Club China Business
Identify key white space growth opportunities for UI Portfolio in Sam’s Club.
Be a key account manager for Sam’s Club for UI Portfolio
Account management (Listing & Promotion Planning, Negotiation, JBP)
Align with retailer’s supply chain on operational / stock opportunities
Evaluate promo ROI for promotions
Manage retailer P&L and ensure profitable business
Collaborate with UI distributor’s key account executives handling Sam’s Club in ensuring seamless back-end operations
Engage with Unilever China team to partner on the Sam’s Club business development as one Unilever team
Spear head & manage project network for NPD & trade activations
