Major Duties
: (a) To perform teaching duties and assist in supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement; (b) To assist in carrying out duties in relation to student and academic administration; (c) To assist in developing programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; (d) To assist in designing, organising and evaluating student developmental programmes and career activities; (e) To act as Module Co-ordinator of Structured Whole Person Development Programme; and (f) To participate in departmental projects and functions, including but not limited to student activities, consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions.
Requirements: (a) A recognised degree in Social Science, Social Work, Liberal Studies, or relevant discipline, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; (b) Preferably with experience in organising experiential learning programmes, adventure-based activities and training, student services or youth work; (c) Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese; (d) Preferably with Putonghua proficiency; and (e) A good team player and able to work independently and work under pressure.
Notes: (1) The post is at the rank of Teaching Associate.

(3) The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal working hours and/or outside campus.
