Duties
To build future perovskite solar cells and perovskite-silicon tandem solar cells; Collaborate with team members and coordinate build up activities; Coordination of tasks associated with facility development and equipment installation; Hands-on operation of equipment to fabricate perovskite-silicon tandem solar cells; Communicate the progress and findings in both Chinese and English; Manage and organise necessary paperwork related to research projects; Assist in preparing manuscripts for publication; Participate in meetings and provide updates on project status; and Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
A PhD/Master’s Degree in Materials Science/Physics/Chemistry, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ of relevant industry experience; Strong research capability, preferably with experience in solar cell technology, particularly perovskite and perovskite-silicon tandem cells; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua); Proficiency in scientific writing and the ability to prepare proposals, scientific manuscripts, and reports; Strong organisational skills and attention to details; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment; and Familiar with solar cell tools and software will be an advantage. Previous experience in a research assistant role, project management, report preparation, coordinating collaborative research projects, and publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals is preferred.

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
