Job description

A leading local IT service provider offers network solutions is currently looking for a Technical Support Manager in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining networking & infrastructure strategies by formulating the best solution and services to the client.
  • Building business relationship with various IT partners/vendors and jointly identified target customers and generated new business opportunities.

  • Proactively participate and manage the full engagement life cycle, from pre-sales, implementation, project delivery, post implementation support in order to upkeep customer satisfaction.
  • Engaging with others to create new business prospects through jointly developed marketing and seminar program.
  • Requirements:

  • Hands on experience and knowledge on IP Telephony is a must.
  • Degree holder in Computer Science or any related discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience in IP/data networking, solution architecture design and project implementation with minimum 3 years project management.
  • CCIE Certified.

    Cisco Professional Certificate is mandatory (Expert Level will be an advantage).
  • Certification on Nortel, Cisco and/or Avaya products will be an advantage.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, communication and consultative skills and able to work independently.
  • High flexibility, detail oriented, customer focused, and multitasking person.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken & written English & Chinese as well as presentation skills both in person and over the phone.
  • Exposure to sizeable and complex system integration project is highly desirable.

    Candidate with less experience may be considered as Senior Consultant or Solution Architect.
