What this job involves
To lead and oversee the operation and maintenance of various building facilities and equipment, minor project management, risk management, fire safety, health & safety management, emergency handling and crisis management, contract management, sustainability and improvement initiatives, performance management of contractor and inhouse labour in compliance with statutory requirement, group policies and procedures.

An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
Degree holder in buildings / electrical engineering, surveying or equivalent.
Holder of professional qualification of MCIBSE, MHKIE, CFM or equivalent.
At least 8 years post-qualification working experience of which 5 years in managerial level with experience in managing large scale maintenance, operation and fit-out projects.
Strong leadership, communication interpersonal and management skills.
Holder of Grade B/C electrician license is preferred.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese Languages.
