Customer Success Manager/ Technical Account Manager (CSM + PM)
Oracle Customer Success Services is a Global Line of Business within the Oracle Support Services Organization.
Focus area on Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence
+ Serving as the primary technical point of contact for clients
+ Understanding the clients’ business and technical needs
+ Designing and presenting technical solutions that meet clients’ needs
+ Coordinating with sales, product development, and other team members to ensure the delivery of efficient solutions
+ Managing and resolving technical issues for assigned accounts
+ Participate / Hands on for assigned project
+ Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations
+ Working closely with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and concerns
Experience
+ Strong knowledge of SQL/PL and data querying techniques
+ Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, eg Oracle data integrator (ODI) , Oracle integration Cloud
+ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing technologies and business environments
+ Knowledge in Python, RestAPI is a plus
+ Knowledge in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications , Oracle Hyperion, Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Service (FCCS) , Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Service (FCCS) is a plus
