Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our dynamic recruitment team.

This internship offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, with a special emphasis on data reporting, candidate coordination, and strategic sourcing.

You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to help build a world-class team.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics

  • Assist in generating weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards and metrics

  • Track sourcing effectiveness and candidate pipeline data

  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Support ad hoc reporting requests for HR leadership

  • Coordination

  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications

  • Liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth interview logistics

  • Help organize recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives

  • Maintain and update candidate status and feedback

  • Talent Sourcing

  • Use job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to identify potential candidates

  • Conduct initial resume screening and shortlist qualified applicants

  • Support recruiters in building talent pools for critical roles

  • Explore creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent

  • Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field

  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus
