One of the Global market leader of its field that has coverage in 70 countries with 300+ offices, is now seeking an Support Engineer to join their AsiaPac IT team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Provide daily technical support on GPS depends on container tracking devices and systems
Carry out problem determination, isolation and RMA follow up
Involve in prototype testing, data usage and costs analysis
Involve in new technology evaluation and testing
Cooperate with teams to solve production and support issues
Requirements
University degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering, or related engineering disciplines
Min.
one year experience in technical supports or hardware prototyping
Programming knowledge in C and/or any high level language
Experience in electronic SMT rework soldering is a plus
Good command in oral and written communications, and self-motivated with strong problem solving skills
