About the Role
Your primary responsibility in this role will be to help drive the Asia transaction success story.
This includes:
As experience develops, you will participate at higher levels of impact, such as transaction structure, counterparty negotiations, and deal origination.
With this role we offer excellent opportunities to help grow Asia's transactional success story and develop both a deep technical knowledge of structured solutions and a very wide range of soft skills (such as modelling, project management, and communication).
We also provide exposure to a wide networking knowledge community.
We sit within a larger team.
Ensuring close and effective collaboration with team members located globally will be vital.
About the Team
The diverse and knowledgeable LHSS team is part of Products Underwriting and has several core functions:
The Global team is comprised of over 30 professionals, in various locations including New York, Zurich, London, Sydney and Hong Kong.
While the majority are actuaries, a wide variety of professional backgrounds are represented.
You will work extensively with colleagues in many different areas, in particular Client Markets, Business Development and the different L&H teams both throughout Asia and globally.

You will need to apply the rigor needed for detailed modeling in bespoke and creative transactions, often where no blueprints exist, in a results-based, deadline-intensive environment.
If you are a team player and can balance both strong technical skills, with the ability to step back to view “the big picture” then we would be happy to receive your application.
More experienced candidate will be considered for more senior position.
