We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Strategic Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO of Greater China.
It’s a unique opportunity to work closely with and learn from a seasoned C-level executive.
The successful candidate will support to shape our market strategy for Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
You will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, developing strategic roadmaps, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination with key internal and external entities.
Job Accountabilities
Responsible for conducting comprehensive research on the insurance market landscape in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, covering not only general and global economic environment but also on technology and ESG developmentPrepare concise and insightful research briefs, summaries, and business plans to inform the CEO's strategic decision-makingAssist the CEO in the formulation, articulation, and documentation of the strategic roadmapPrepare high-quality, executive-level presentations, reports, briefing documents and regular updates for the senior leadership teamSynthesize complex information into clear, compelling, and visually engaging slides and narratives Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experienceMBA students are welcomeAbility to think critically and connect disparate information to form a coherent strategic viewAbility to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretionExceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with proficiency in conducting market researchStrong communication and presentation skillsImmediately available is preferable Why Zurich
