Key Responsibilities

Strategic Operations Management
Develop and implement daily operational plans for logistics, client services, and data analytics.Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, cost per shipment, revenue growth) and execute corrective actions. 2.
Financial Oversight
Own budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.Prepare and present monthly and quarterly operational and financial reports to senior leadership. 3.
Team Leadership & HR
Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing team of operations and support staff.Conduct performance reviews, coach managers, and lead employee relations efforts. 4.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies and government regulations (DOT, IATA, customs).Lead safety programs, risk assessments, and annual audits. 5.
Stakeholder Engagement

Education: Bachelor's in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business, or equivalent experienceExperience: 10+ years in operations or logistics managementRegulatory Knowledge: DOT, IATA, customs, dangerous goods regulations, ISO standards, global trade complianceTechnical Proficiency: MS Office; ERP/TMS systems, Power BI, Tableau, data-driven decision toolsLeadership Credentials: Proven team leadership and coaching skills
