**Key Responsibilities**
+ Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for automation and low-code solutions.
+ Process Analysis: Map and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration.
+ Solution Design Support: Collaborate with solution architects and developers to translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
+ Testing & Validation: Develop test cases, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
+ Project Coordination: Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress; help manage multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity.
+ Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and proactive communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
+ Documentation: Prepare and maintain business requirements documents, process flows, user guides, and training materials.
+ Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements, leveraging automation and AI to drive efficiency and cost savings.
+ Local Market Enablement: Support deployment and enablement activities in local APAC markets, considering language, regulatory, and operational nuances.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
+ Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development, automation, or low-code environments (preferably with Microsoft Power Platform).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to map and optimize business processes.
+ Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
+ Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate (including RPA), Power BI, Copilot Studio, Azure, and related technologies.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work across cultures and time zones.
+ Experience supporting testing and quality assurance activities.
+ Ability to operate independently in a complex, matrixed organization and manage multiple projects.
+ Regional experience in APAC and local language skills (Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, etc.) are highly desirable.
