Responsibilities:
·Develop iOS and Android reference implementations of new SDK features such a video calling and conference calls
·Customer support --- take ownership of customer issues, ensure proper follow-up and see them through to a resolution in a timely manner
·Ongoing enhancement and support of the SDK demo application [iOS, Android]
·Document solutions in the form of knowledge base, white papers & examples
Requirements:
·BS in Computer Science, engineering or relevant prior work experience
·Enjoy working with customers, dependable, independent, and possess excellent communication skills
·Plus: IOS and/or Android application development experience(Objective C, Java)
·Plus: Cross-platform development experience in C++ and good feel for OO concepts and patterns
·Plus : Knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP) and video-conferencing technology
·Fluency in English and Putonghua is a MUST
