Software Engineer

Participating in the Development of Front-end and Back-end Software

• Collaborating with the development team to construct and deliver front-end and back-end components in accordance with industry best practices and architectural principles.
• Offering viable solutions and alternatives that strike a balance between meeting strategic goals and delivering short-term benefits to fulfill business objectives.
• Identifying innovative solutions aligned with technology trends to demonstrate how IT can effectively and efficiently solve problems.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Engaging closely with Software Engineers, QA Engineers, UX Designers, and Business Analysts to comprehend their needs and determine the most effective approach to deliver innovative solutions that surpass expectations.
• Communicating clearly and concisely across all levels, facilitating design decisions with other Software Engineers and IT stakeholders in both simple and technical terms.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Software Engineering role, specializing in JavaScript, Node, and/or Java, and having worked as a Back End Developer, Front End Developer, or Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in React, Serverless, ELK Stack, AWS, and Docker.
• Proficient with Databases such as Postgres, Oracle, and MariaDB.
• Thorough understanding of service-oriented architecture concepts, principles, and implementation approaches, including microservices, micro frontends, docker containers, CI/CD, TDD, Ansible, etc.
• Demonstrated success in an Agile Team environment, utilizing methodologies such as Scrum, XP, Lean, or Kanban.
