Main Duties
Manage EO, LO, RO according to operation procedures and customers' (Airbus) requirements with different systems Handle phone calls and email inquiries of customer(s) promptly and professionallyManage AOG / CRI orders from customers in proper proceduresCommunicate and coordinate with internal and external customersPrepare and maintain daily and weekly reports, memos and other documentsConsistently looking to improve the working environment Qualifications and Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Purchasing Management / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management Lean Six Sigma exposure or Project Management Hands-on experience in using ERP systems, and knowledge of SAP is a meritGood communication, detail-oriented, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in computer applications Sera, EnpowerMX, AMESIS and various partner portalsGood in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus)Possess valid Hong Kong Driving License Classes 1 and 2Shift work is required You may consider your application not being selected if you do not receive any invitation for interview within two months upon the date of your application.
