(A) Position Summary :
Ensure that the Company objective in Customer Service / Satisfaction is achieved by means of providing quality reception services to customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.
(B) Responsibilities/Duties :
1.
Schedule appointments with customers for vehicle repairs & maintenance.
2.
Promote the company image through keeping up personal grooming and a pleasant atmosphere in reception area.
3.
Carry out walk-around inspection on customer vehicles at diagnosis area.
4.
Provide professional advice to customers regarding vehicle repairs & maintenance.
5.
Prepare price quotation and estimate delivery time based on Corrective Mechanical Report (CMR).
6.
Ensure adequate supply of spare parts for vehicle repairs & maintenance.
7.
Monitor the work progress of vehicle service in liaison with Workshop Control Section.
8.
Answer all incoming enquiries from customers with courtesy.
9.
Prepare service documentation of discharge of customer vehicle after servicing.
10.
Carry out pre-delivery quality inspection on customer vehicle after servicing.
11.
Ensure that full payments are made by customers upon discharge of vehicle after servicing.
12.
Keep close contact with customers through post-servicing follow up calls so as to ensure that quality service standards are achieved.
13.
Ensure that all customer complaints are handled and resolved promptly and effectively.
14.
Maintain good relationship with customers.
