Strategic Research Planning

  • Develop and implement research strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
  • Identify emerging issues and opportunities for impactful research initiatives.

  • Supervise and mentor research staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

  • Lead and manage research projects from inception to completion.
  • Set project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

    Research Quality and Compliance

  • Ensure all research activities comply with ethical standards, research protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain quality control throughout the research process.
  • 5.

    Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and key stakeholders to gather insights to ensure research is relevant, impactful.
  • Facilitate communication and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • 6.

    Knowledge Dissemination and Advocacy

  • Present research findings at conferences, forums, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Contribute to publications, policy briefs, and media engagement to amplify research impact.

    Budgeting and Resource Management

  • Prepare and manage research budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Support funding applications and reporting as needed.

    主修科目 Study Fields:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Social Science, or a related discipline

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in responsible leadership role.

    • Strong Research Skills: Should have good knowledge of social research and equipped with solid research and data analysis skills.

    • Leadership and Strategic Thinking: Should possess strong leadership and strategic thinking skills and be able to inspire and motivate team, make critical decisions, and effectively implement strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

    • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Should be able to convey ideas clearly and effectively to different stakeholders.
