In this position, you will:
Responsible for data analysis of online channels, assist in online data platform planning and data governance, participate in online traffic, transaction, satisfaction related Dashboard construction and maintenance;Responsible for monitoring and checking customer experience, business process and service operation of online channels through questionnaire research, funnel analysis and technical monitoring.Responsible for regular output of various data reports for management and operation personnel to improve their work according to the arrangement of the department and manager;Responsible for tracking and analyzing the operation of each section of the company's portal website, and providing data support for the operation of each department in the portal website. To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Analysis, Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent disciplines.Minimum 3 years working experience in Marketing / E-commerce field.Good data analysis, project management skills.Strong in numerical sense, attention to details, self-motivated and multi-taskingFluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
