The Opportunity
Arup Programme and Project Management is inviting high calibre talent to support our business expansion for the increasing market coverage.
The candidate will be working on high profile projects in the regions.
Project leader role of major development in Hong Kong.
Excellent client interfacing, leadership and problem-solving skills
Relevant experience in large scale new development projects will be advantageous
Experience in quantitative and qualitative risk management
Key Responsibilities:
Report to the Director and lead the project teams in Hong Kong
Manage the complete project cycle to ensure project execution within budget and time constraints.
Perform leadership on project management and management of project delivery to meet client’s needs
Maintain influential relationships with clients, project stakeholders, and end-users
Support business development and project team development

Is this role right for you?
Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management disciplines
Membership of relevant professional institution(s)
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years at a major role of project management team.
At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in risk management.
Familiar with project management processes, systems and tools
Creative, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and influencing communication skills
Strong organisational, analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels
