Our client is one leading and very sizable organization in the industry providing IT&T solutions with business in both retail and corporate sectors.
Handle mobile payment related issues and operations, including but not limited to updating content, handling customer enquiries, transaction processing, etc. Work with relevant stakeholders and business partners for any issues related payment processing and hence to come up with effective remedial actions for improvement Perform reconciliation to ensure all transactions are properly processed Involve in system enhancement tasks; assist in defining user requirements and conduct UAT Prepare reports for management review on a regular basis Handle adhoc assignments when required Requirement: :
Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Business Studies or related disciplines 4+ years' experience in payment processing function, preferably gained from banking industry (Less experience can be consider as Officer) Detail-minded, customer-oriented, able to work independently Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint Good command in both spoken English & Chinese
