Work allocation, supervision and delivery:
Formulate the work plan, supervise the team to ensure all downstream production deliverables under TEV Reporting team are completed in both quality and timely manner.
Result review, analysis and control: Lead the overall analytical review (sources of earning, analysis of movement) on most key finance disclosures on a holistic basis with the support from the team.
Deep-dive, discover findings and provide solution and enhancement when necessary.
Ensure proper governance, process and control are in place
KPI and Change management:
Manage and enhance IFRS operating profits (one of the KPIs), implement both methodology and assumption changes with the full consideration on financial and operational impacts.
Team management:
Educate and equip the team with both technical and business knowledge, as well as develop their soft skills
