Job Responsibilities
Develop new business ideas and lead the continuous development of Brokerage channel sales platform especially for brokerage segmentSales management & review the business performance of mapped accounts regularly in accordance to sales KPIsStrengthen and maintain a good relationship with partners and their key personals to drive and implement the new initiativesIdentify the needs and demands of business partners to unleash business potential and penetrate the business shareIdentify the new business opportunities with potential partnersProvide all levels of support to key partners to capture the business opportunitiesJob Requirements
University graduate with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
(Less experience will be considered to a junior role)Good understanding of the brokerage marketProficient in English and Mandarin, with excellent presentation skills.Strong organizational and management abilities.Obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activitiesExcellent command of English and Chinese – both written and spoken.
Ability to speak both Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
