Job Responsibilities
Oversee and monitor agent onboarding and licensing registration and maintain proper licensing record according to pre-defined due diligence procedure and regulatory requirement.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentations received (including verification supporting document on academic qualification).Establish, review and update SOP and control procedure on a regular basis to streamline and eliminate non-value-added workflow.
Keep abreast of market intelligence and industry best practice.
Devise strategic initiatives and develop policies to enhance agent experience and satisfaction.
Maintain good communication with agency zone directors and agency leaders and lead the team to deliver quality services.
Review agency contract and financing agreement.
Liaise with agency recruitment team to facilitate smooth implementation of new/revamp financing package.Administer agent record filing and ensure collection of personal data comply with Data Privacy Ordinance and internal guideline.Develop MI reports and analysis for senior management to meet business and regulatory needs.Participate in system enhancement and migration projects (including gather requirement, confirm system logic and conduct user acceptance test).Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline10+ years of relevant experience in agency operations with minimum 5 years in managerial capacitySolid experience in agency operationsStrong knowledge in agency structure and sales related systemThorough understanding Macau rules, codes, and guidelinesWell organized and detail orientedProactive, result driven and able to work independently under pressureAble to make quick decisions and take accountability for the decisions madeGood interpersonal skill, able to collaborate with and understand the needs of internal and external stakeholders
