Drive manpower growth of agency force by designing and implementing recruitment strategy and initiatives.
Provide direction, guidance and support to agents facilitating achievement of business targets.Drive agency productivity by enhancing the competencies of agents and by utilizing different incentive schemes.Develop recruitment tools, design recruitment events and incentive schemes enabling the achievement of the target KPI.Formulate and drive strategies and action plans for agency development, agency training and professional development of agents to maintain the competitiveness of our agency force.Deliver professional training and development solutions, provide coaching on quality customer services and give advice on improving recruitment performance of agency force.Build quality agency force through execution of compliance monitoring measures and proactively identify area for agency quality enhancement.Nurture agency force to embrace Company’s vision, mission and deliver our purpose.Job Requirements
Degree holder in any disciplineOver 12 years’ experience in agency recruitment and training and agency business development in the life insurance industry, with 6 years in a supervisory roleAgency leaders from Macau is highly preferred; Agency leaders from Hong Kong or GBA are welcomedMDRT qualifier is an advantageInsurance qualification or Professional qualifications (FLMI, CFP, FChFP, IIQE, etc.)Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skillsStrong business and organization knowledgeExceptional knowledge and experience with agency distributionStrong product knowledge in terms of understanding key product features, advantages, and benefitsAble to provide constructive consultation and effective training to agentsProven people and managerial skillsAbility to multi-task, being flexible, adaptable and at ease in a fast-paced environmentGood command in Cantonese and English (spoken and written), Putonghua is an advantageJob incumbent for this role will need to base in MacauLesser experience will consider Manager role
