Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage administrative processes, including onboarding, off-boarding, compensation, manpower budgeting, performance management, and employee relations.
HR Advisory Support: Partner with HR Business Partners to advise line managers on HR matters, address employee inquiries, and ensure smooth HR operations.
Data Analytics & Policy Development: Provide HR data analytics and insights to support the development of HR policies, projects, and compensation proposals.
Annual HR Exercises: Support pay reviews, incentive and bonus programs, performance management cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.
Operational Excellence: Handle daily HR operations and collaborate with Centres of Excellence (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, People Services) to achieve HR objectives.
Reporting: Prepare HR reports on staffing trends, recruitment status, performance metrics, and other key indicators to support business needs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, and compensation.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations (preferred).
