MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
  
  Responsibilities:
 - To manage and monitor of renovation/asset enhancement works with coordination and follow up with all parties concerned
  - To conduct diagnostic and feasibility studies on retail properties
  - To handle tendering and appointment of consultants, designers, architects, contractors, service providers, etc.
  - To supervise performance of site progress through regular meetings, on-site inspection etc.
to review quality of workmanship and comply with specifications.  - To work within capital expenditure budgets and within time deadlines
  - Handle ad-hoc assignments as requested.
  
Requirements
 - Degree in Building Surveying / Building Studies or related disciplines; member of HKIS / RICS or equivalent accredited organization is preferred but not required
  - Minimum 4 years relevant experience in renovation / A&A and fitting out works with retail mall experience
  - Familiar with statutory submission requirements and procedures
  - Good in project management, consultants’ coordination, construction supervision, contract administration and communication skills
  - Team player with a high level of responsibility & commitment
  - Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
  - Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
