Position Overview
This position is critical for demonstrating leadership on strategic content initiatives led by APAC within the global structure, reporting to Digital Operations, Content Planning & Localization Lead.
This position will be based in HK, GW office in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Senior Manager, Digital Content Strategy will own APAC content calendar and lead APAC digital strategic initiatives such as Mobile/App content strategy and SEO/AEO-friendly content projects that align with global priorities while being tailored to APAC market-specific insights and performance.
This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution – overarching APAC Digital shared service functions to establish framework of new projects/initiatives and design the new way of working collaborating with internal cross-functional teams.

Serve as the primary point of contact for calendar management, facilitating transparent, consistent updates and managing expectations across diverse regional and corporate teamsApply advanced project management methodologies to oversee calendar development, execution, and adjustments, anticipating risks and resolving conflicts proactivelyUtilize strong communication and negotiation skills to harmonize differing priorities and market-specific needs into a unified, actionable content calendar strategyStrengthen brand story telling through SEO (Search Engine Optimization)-friendly content that enriches content diversity and boosts SEO through authentic engagementAlign APAC SEO content strategies and initiatives with the global SEO roadmap, ensuring consistency while addressing regional market nuanceConsolidate different market needs around SEO-friendly content and establish comprehensive APAC strategy that embraces market specifics initiatives aligning with global roadmapCollaborate cross-functionally with Performance marketing, Content, Digital Ops and regional marketing teams to ensure SEO content strategy supports overall business goals and integrates seamlessly within the multi-channel digital ecosystemLead the development and execution of APAC-wide mobile-first digital content and site journey strategy – e.g. Mobile-responsive navigation, personalized mobile experiences, AI-powered tools to elevate the mobile journey, tailored content for mobile screen and thumb usesCollaborate with APAC and global UI/UX team to have Web and App alignment and executionUtilize global mobile content and technology resources to enhance APAC mobile-first strategies and accelerate innovation.Ensure alignment of APAC mobile content initiatives with the global digital roadmap, fostering synergy and consistency across platformInfluence cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Global product, studio and creative agency team, regional digital commerce team and internal APAC digital shared service team) to drive APAC alignment and executionChampion new mobile technologies, tools, and platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovationMaintain the momentum of identifying new APAC strategic initiative against fast-changing digital landscape and establish a framework for APAC strategic initiatives Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Requirements:
10-12 years’ experience in digital strategy, digital content ideally within a corporate or regional matrixed organizationExperience in strategic planning within EcommerceDemonstrated experience owning and managing complex, integrated content calendars across multiple regions and cross-functions, ensuring alignment and timely deliveryProven experience leading SEO/AEO project focusing on content optimization Proven success in leading regional or global digital/mobile projects, ideally in fashion brandsDemonstrated ability to foster a test-and-learn culture and drive iterative improvements across digital content Proven capability in orchestrating cross-functional collaboration with strong project management discipline to balance competing priorities and adapt plans dynamicallyExcellent project management skillsProfound knowledge of APAC market: e-commerce trends, consumer behaviors and each country’s regional nuances and localization needsResilient and adaptable in stakeholder management, effectively navigating challenges and maintaining constructive relationships under pressure or during conflicting demandsHighly collaborative with excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make data-driven decisionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
Strong written and verbal English communication skill is a must, additional Mandarin /Cantonese / Japanese and/or Korean (both written and verbal) language proficiency is a strong plusPassionate about brand storytelling and delivering premium digital experiences at scaleStrong leadership to influence internal cross-functional team and global stakeholdersShould be able to travel within/outside of APACAdvance proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Additional tool/system knowledge is a strong plus e.g. SFCC, Figma, Airtable, Jira, Adobe Analytics, Monday.com
