Responsible for customer service digital strategy operation and project management, and promote digital intelligence transformation and construction.Responsible for the construction of digital intelligent tools in the field of customer service, empowering frontline production and complaint handling, and facilitating high-quality services and high-precision marketing.Responsible for the construction of customer tags and customer portraits, building a precise and scalable data model based on users, and effectively supporting customer insights and refined business operations. To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems related disciplines or equivalentAt least 3 years relevant experience in system development or mobile telecom industry, candidate with more experience will consider as Senior Data AnalystFamiliar with commonly used databases, web development technologies, server-side development technologies, front-end development technologies, etc.Passion on building new system/application and continuously optimize it based on observation, study system usage and user's need.
