  • 提供專業櫃檯顧客服務

  • 瞭解顧客需要並建立良好關係

  • 成爲顧客工作坊的講者, 定期舉辦手機、STEM應用等課程

  • 經驗較多者,會考慮為高級客戶服務員
  • 入職要求:

  • 文憑或以上程度

  • 3年或以上工作經驗, 具備電訊工作或處理企業客戶經驗者優先考慮

  • 開朗,主動熱誠,並具有良好溝通技巧,以客戶服務為中心

  • 樂於迎接挑戰, 能夠承受工作壓力

  • 能書寫及操流利廣東話,懂英語及普通話優先考慮

  • 具備更多相關工作經驗者會被考慮為高級客戶服務專員

  • 工作時間:

  • 5天輪班工作(包括星期日及公眾假期)

  • 11am to 8pm (每天工作8小時及1小時午膳)
