Senior Associate Strategist responsibilities include:
Contribute to the cross-discipline social media team, spanning public relations and advertisingOnline research and social media monitoring using a variety of social media listening tools and performance monitoring toolsDevelop social always-on and campaign strategyCampaign execution and management in the areas of social content, community management, influencer identification, influencer outreach and offline activationMeasure campaign effectiveness using a variety of social media analytics tools with an organized data-driven mindsetDay-to-day client relationship and multi-tasking management In order to be successful in this role you must:
Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong academic recordHave 4+ years of work experience with multiple social media platforms (IG, FB, LI, TikTok).
Social KOL marketing experience is also preferredHave a strong understanding and interest in digital marketing trends, industry practices and case studies, especially in retail and luxury brandsUnderstand current and emerging media platforms in global and Mainland China and their usage from a consumer and business perspectiveHave excellent communication skills – verbal and written in Chinese and English (test will be given)Think critically and creatively, meaning the ability to think clearly and rationally, solve problems and develop new and useful possibilitiesPlan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashionWork calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced work environmentCollaborate with colleagues in different countries and appreciate cultural differencesBe passionate about social media & digital marketing Additional skills preferred:
