Assist Relationship Managers of Private Banking to manage client relationships and provide quality service
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support to Private Banking Relationship Managers in daily client service and administrative tasks.Accurately receive and process clients’ investment instructions to ensure timely execution and maintain high service standards.Perform account opening and maintenance services including processing all client onboarding documents.Support RMs in completing KYC/ CDD review, credit application and related documentationSupport RMs on the data update of weekly and monthly pipeline/prospects reportsAnswer queries from RMs and clients on transactional activities, operations, and systems and provide effective solutions to such queries.Ensure full compliance with regulations, Group policies, and guidelines, conducting business in a compliance-conscious manner while being alert to potential risks related to money laundering and other undesirable transactions or activities.Perform any ad-hoc project as assigned. Qualifications
Degree holder or above, majoring in Finance or a related discipline is preferredMinimum 4 to 10 years of relevant experience as Client Services Officer / Assistant Relationship Manager in either Priority or Private Banking is preferredHolder of Type 1, 4 licenses and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirementsHolder of ECF certification is preferredResilient character, able to work under pressure.
Ability to handle multiple tasks independentlyStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide value-added advice, as well as influence and supervise effectively.
A good team player who can work effectively and be positive towards learning and performing the assigned duties.Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, especially Mandarin. East West Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
