Job Description
Responsibilities
Perform general account functions (e.g.: data entries, prepare vouchers for Sales & purchase and payment & expenses, DN/ CN processing, etc.) Responsible for account receivable, accounts payable and general ledger functions Prepare the exchange rate applied in the whole group Perform loan and bank reconciliation Assist month end closing Assist in preparing breakdown of budget Responsible for timely filing works of the department Coordinate for the documents archive for the department Maintain full set of books and relevant reports for small entities Carry out any ad hoc assignment from time to time Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above 1-2 years book-keeping / accounting experience will be an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot table, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Word Experience in using Flex accounting software is a plus Good command in both written and spoken English Able to work on multi-tasks and meet tight schedules Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving, positive, proactive and constructive attitude Fresh graduates are welcomed Immediate available is highly preferred
