Prepare teaching and learning materials and manage related data
Cover classes when necessary
Assist with school duties before, during, and after school hours
Provide in-class support to individual or group of pupils as needed
Supervise pupils during field trips and sports competitions
Assist with smaller groups within the classroom
Attend school and departmental meetings and coordinate with the School Office
Support the school's co-curricular activities program
Assist with school performances, Open Day activities, and parent consultation evenings
Help with administrative tasks such as preparing files, notice boards, and stationery distribution
skills & experiences required.
Degree or Diploma in Education is a plus
Fluent in English
Relevant experience in primary or secondary education preferred
Experience in an international school setting preferred
Detail-oriented, patient, and helpful
Collaborative and able to work as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic IT skills
Professional and respectful towards all members of the school community
Strong work ethic
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Committed to high standards in teaching and learning
