The role will provide administration and secretarial supports to the General Management in the Macau office as well as to manage and be in charge of all general administrative issues for Staff / Agency Offices to ensure smooth run of daily operation.
Besides, to liaise with vendors and other departments to make sure assigned specific projects are completed on time and in full compliance of company policy.
Job Responsibilities
To provide administration and secretarial support to the General Manager and Senior Management in the office.To take care of the staff office / agency offices administration including procurement, office renovation / modification works, delivery services management, etc.To provide staff services such as new hire onboarding support on providing keys, access card, seat arrangement with the support of the Transformation, Office Support, Human Resources teams in head office.To handle office insurance, Occupational Health & Safety issues and office supplies such as stationary.To liaise with vendor / building management office to ensure request are effectively and efficiently completed.To back up receptionist.To provide ad hoc supports requested by the General Manager, Macau.Job Requirements
Matriculation or aboveAt least 5-year-relevant experience in providing secretarial support for senior managementExperienced in office administrationGood command of spoken and written English and ChineseExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood project management skillsAttention to detailsProficient in MS Office
