Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in global sales marketing & administration work Follow up orders and after sales services Sales coordination with internal and external parties Input & maintain data accuracy Prepare sales reports & sales related documents Maintain good customer / vendors relations and explore potential business opportunities Participate different marketing projects and activities, including support in events and exhibition, advertising, promotion materials (e.g. leaflets, brochuree, catalogues, websites) Assist business and projects developments Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above 2-3 years' experience in related discipline Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office, ERP and systematic documents processing Willing to travel overseas and mainland China in Post-Covid Period Hands-on experience in broad range of sales admin Details oriented, good communication and negotiation skills Good in problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skill Self-motivated, committed and able to work under pressure, independently and work as team Immediate available
