Sales & Marketing Manager (Korean Speaking)
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand customer base and increase revenue.Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean clients, international customers, and local partners.Present products/services to new and existing clients and successfully close deals.Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify new business opportunities.Prepare sales and marketing plans, forecasts, and reports for management.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing activities.Lead and manage sales teams (if assigned) to achieve company targets.Visit customers locally and internationally as required. Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.At least 57 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.Excellent command of Korean (speaking, reading, and writing).
Proficiency in English is a strong plus.Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.Good understanding of both online and offline marketing strategies.Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and ability to work under pressure.Proficient in MS Office and related software.Previous experience dealing with international clients, especially Korean companies, will be an advantage.
