Responsibilities
Handle Customer enquiries and complaints Prepare sales orders and quotations Follow-up on order delivery Provide operational & administrative support to sales team Strengthen customer relationship Managing the filing system and clerical support Requirements
Form 6 or above Good in communication & telephone manner Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin Well organized and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility Good command in MS Office Working knowledge in MS Dynamic AX or common ERP system will be an advantage but not essential Fresh graduated are welcome Immediate available is highly preferred
