About the role
The Restaurant Assistant Manager plans, organizes, controls and directs the work of employees in the Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction.
What you will do
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for outlet operation
Visible in the operations, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts
Describe and ensure quality of all good items, ingredients, and preparations methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for dining
What you bring
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Cantonese, Mandarin and English language
Bachelor degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management
1-2 years in restaurant management and or supervisory experience
Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, maintenance, merchandising and accounting
