Four research associate positions supported by Research Talent Hub for ITF projects (RTH-ITF) are available for the development of low-carbon green technologies, including water harvesting (Positions 1, 2), air purification (Position 3) and biofuel production (Position 4).
The appointees will be involved in the following research tasks:
Position 1: Nanomaterials, nanofabrication, thermal and fluids engineering
Position 2: Air flow dynamics, air flow mechanics
Position 3: Electrospinning, air filtration, nanofibers
Position 4: Catalysis, hydrogen production
Applicants should have a PhD degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, material science or a related discipline.
The successful candidates should be capable of working independently and have good experimental and communication skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with working experience on material modeling and prototype design.
(Duration: 1 year, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
