Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Institutional Banking Group, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their unique business needsProactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell a range of banking products and services to existing clientsAnalyze client financial data, market trends, and industry dynamics to provide strategic advice and recommendationsCollaborate with internal teams, such as credit, product, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clientsActively participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to represent the bank's interests effectivelyContribute to the development and implementation of the Institutional Banking Group's business strategy and growth initiativesRequirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industryStrong understanding of the Institutional Banking Group's products, services, and target marketExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholdersProficient in financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk managementAbility to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectivesDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targetsThe hiring process for this role is subject to the Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme.
