The Job
You will:
To provide coordination and administrative support to Relationship Management team and Owners/TRC Engagement teams To support coordination and management of event invitation and guest registration for Engagement activation on raceday and non-raceday To handle customer enquiries and work with related counterparts to provide solutions and follow up with Owners and IRC members To provide administrative support on preparation of presentation materials and policies/guidelines To handle cross-team coordination work within the Owners and IRC Engagement teams and other cross-departmental stakeholders
About You
You should have:
Tertiary education or Degree holder in Administration or Communications Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
Previous working experience in consultancy, agencies, hospitality industry or marketing/PR capacity will be an advantage High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Detail-minded, good organization and excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to multi-task and ability to prioritize tasks Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Mandarin language skills would be an advantage
