Provide reception services to clients, guests, and visitors, including greeting, guiding, and serving tea.Perform reception duties such as answering and filtering incoming telephone calls and inquiries, taking messages, and routing calls.Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms.Receive, sort, and distribute daily incoming and outgoing faxes, mails, correspondences, and couriers.Manage the booking and usage schedule of the meeting rooms.Monitor and secure office key entrances to prevent unauthorized entries.Assist in organizing events and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned. DSE or above, preferably with 1-2 years of relevant working experience.Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and telephone manner with essential telephone etiquette knowledge.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficient in PC skills (MS Office, Outlook).Fluent in Cantonese, proficient in English and Mandarin.Strong multi-tasking abilities.
