About the Role
Provide full spectrum of reception duties include managing the front desk, greeting and direct visitors as appropriate, handling telephone inquiries and performing various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.Greet and welcome visitors in a professional mannerManage the conference room booking of executive floorAnswer and direct phone calls as appropriateHandle incoming and outgoing correspondences, including emails, letters and packages.Provide clerical and administrative support to the team as neededManage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and available.Minimum Job Requirements:
5 years or more relevant experience preferably with the financial industryExcellent command of spoken and written English and ChineseStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
